We love our community and the amazing things they create with us. Vysionia Media supports artists, musicians, creators and fans who engage with our platform, projects and products in positive, respectful and collaborative ways. These terms outline how we operate, how you can get involved and what to expect from us.

1. Contact & Social Media

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

The Vysionia Media Club operates on a tiered membership system:

Member (Free): Access to general updates, newsletter, contests and free digital downloads.

Silver Member: Basic discounts, early access to releases, free shipping on purchases.

Gold Member: All Silver benefits + exclusive content, VIP invites and monthly giveaways.

Platinum Member: All Gold benefits + premium merch, custom digital art gifts and priority consultations.

Membership benefits and tiers are subject to change, but any changes will always aim to benefit our members.

3. Creator Royalties Policy

Artists, musicians and collaborators who contribute to professionally published works with Vysionia Media and are actively involved in the core production process are eligible for royalty shares. If the product is launched, marketed and distributed through Vysionia Media, contributors will receive a percentage of revenue generated, subject to an agreement per project.

4. Use of Vysionia Media Content

Unless otherwise licensed, you may not use, copy, or redistribute Vysionia Media content (logos, designs, videos, music, etc.) for commercial purposes. We love fan projects, but please contact us first to avoid misunderstandings.

5. Commercial Projects & Collaborations

You may not sell or distribute any project involving Vysionia Media IP without written permission. Collaborators with approved contracts may share revenue per agreement terms.

6. Events & Consultations

Members may be invited to events, pop-ups, and webinars. Platinum and Gold members can request priority consultations for media production services or collaborations. Businesses and creators may also request a free initial consultation via our contact form.

7. Rights to Use Shared Projects

By contributing ideas, concepts, or works to Vysionia Media, you grant us the right to use, distribute, promote, and showcase that work across our platforms and other approved platforms. For commercial projects, royalties and credits are honored as per agreement.

8. NFT & Digital Ownership Disclaimer

Vysionia Media offers limited edition NFTs and digital products. Ownership of an NFT grants the buyer digital proof of ownership for that specific item but does not grant copyright or commercial use rights unless explicitly stated. Vysionia Media retains all intellectual property rights to the content. Buyers may display or resell NFTs but may not modify or reproduce them for profit without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and The Online Safety Act 2023. Personal data collected through our website, mailing list or transactions are used only for confirmation of identity and age verification, interests and hobbies, provide services, communicate updates and deliver products. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary for fulfilling services (e.g., shipping or payment processing ONLY). You may unsubscribe or request data deletion at any time. If a member is found to be in breach of, or falsifying, identity or age, they will lose membership status, access to rewards and benefits and may face further action or implications where deemed necessary under applicable laws or internal policy.

10. Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content. Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if defective or incorrect. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to vysioniamedia@gmail.com. NFTs and limited edition digital collectibles are non-refundable and non-returnable once transferred.

11. Digital Download Usage

Digital products from Vysionia Media (art, music, e-books, etc.) are for personal, non-commercial use only unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify digital content without express permission. Shared or unauthorized sales or distribution of purchased content may result in termination of membership and legal action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All Vysionia Media content, including but not limited to graphics, designs, videos, audio and branding are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Licensing inquiries may be sent to vysioniamedia@gmail.com.

13. Collaborator Agreement Terms

Collaborators who engage with Vysionia Media in the creation of professional projects agree to the following: (a) a written agreement will outline their role, responsibilities and royalty share; (b) final approval of all content and publication lies with Vysionia Media; (c) collaborators retain rights to their original contributions but grant Vysionia Media a license to use, publish and distribute the final work; (d) revenue from commercially published works will be shared as per agreed terms, with payments issued quarterly or as negotiated; and (e) collaborators must uphold professional conduct and meet agreed deadlines. Breach of agreement may result in termination of collaboration and forfeiture of royalties.

9. Updates to These Terms

These terms may evolve as Vysionia Media grows. Major changes will be communicated clearly. Continued use of our services and membership implies acceptance of updates.
